1. Orders that cannot be cancelled

Orders that have already been shipped or are more than 36 hours old cannot be cancelled. Please return the item according to the instructions on this page after receiving it.

2. Return Period and Eligibility

Products may be returned within 60 days of confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original condition
  • All original parts, accessories, instructions, and packaging must be included
  • Returns requested outside the 60-day period may not be accepted

3. Return Label and Return Process

A return shipping label is included inside the parcel at the time of delivery. This label may be used to return the product without requesting additional documentation.

Customers are advised to retain the original packaging to ensure the item can be safely returned using the provided return label.

4. Exchange Service

An exchange service is not provided. This is due to the logistical handling of furniture items, which require fixed inventory allocation and coordinated dispatch processes.

If a different item, size, or style is required, the original product should be returned in accordance with this policy, and a new order placed separately.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected.

  • Refunds are initiated within 1–3 business days after return verification
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the account depends on the payment provider or financial institution

6. Return Condition and Inspection

Returned items are inspected upon arrival. Returns may be declined if items show signs of use, damage unrelated to transport, missing components, or incomplete packaging.
