1. Cancellation Timeframe
Orders may be cancelled within 36 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered the dispatch process.
- Cancellation requests submitted within 36 hours and before dispatch are eligible for approval.
- Once an order has entered dispatch or exceeds the 36-hour timeframe, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Due to coordinated logistics and advance preparation required for furniture items, dispatched orders cannot be stopped or recalled.
If an order can no longer be cancelled, the product may still be returned after delivery in accordance with the Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact customer support as soon as possible and provide your order reference details.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method.
- Refunds are initiated within 1–3 business days after cancellation approval.
- The time required for funds to appear in the account depends on the payment provider or financial institution.
